Product Delivery Manager, Self-Service Enablement

As a Product Delivery Manager in Self-Service Enablement, you will orchestrate delivery across multiple application teams and platform components. You will enable consistent execution through strong operating processes, transparent reporting, and proactive risk/dependency management—ensuring initiatives meet firm standards for controls, resiliency, and compliance.

Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Own end-to-end technology program execution including intake, prioritization, dependency management and milestone tracking across multiple application teams and shared platforms
  • Partner with Product and Application Owners to prioritize, track, and advance technology lifecycle and compliance work including framework updates and platform/component version compliance
  • Lead end-to-end Release Management including planning and execution across multiple application teams and shared platforms, coordinating change control, release readiness, cutover activities, and post-release validation
  • Coordinate stakeholders and resourcing to ensure teams have what they need to deliver
  • Drive program governance and reporting in partnership with APG leads, including efficient reporting, updates, and dashboards
  • Represent the product on centralized, matrixed initiatives (e.g. large-scale migrations and decommissioning) to ensure application teams remain on track and receive appropriate support
  • Identify and remove blockers by coordinating resource needs, surfacing risks early, and escalating decisions to the right forums to maintain delivery momentum
  • Ensure adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements and help coordinate change management activities across functional partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-team dependencies and drive execution across matrixed stakeholders
  • Experience building and running operational processes, executive-ready reporting, and delivery dashboards
  • Strong understanding of software delivery and release management, including deployment strategies and platform/component versioning considerations
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement across planning and delivery ceremonies and improve process efficiency
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Experience managing modernization and adoption programs (e.g., cloud transformation, framework migrations, engineering productivity tooling)
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile at scale constructs (e.g., scrum of scrums), and technology risk/resiliency concepts (e.g., DR testing, isolation patterns)
  • Familiarity with platform ecosystems and components such as AWS, Cassandra, and Kafka, and how version/compliance requirements impact delivery
