Product Delivery Manager

Summary

Leads end-to-end delivery of Turium’s AI products, managing engineering teams to execute product vision, drive releases, and ensure high-quality output on schedule.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Turium AI products and platforms, working closely with our engineering, AI, product and leadership teams.

This is not a traditional coordination-only project management role. We need someone who can own delivery, drive developers, remove blockers, challenge timelines and ensure high-quality product releases reach users on schedule.

You will be responsible for turning product vision and requirements into clear execution plans and ensuring the engineering team remains aligned, accountable and focused on shipping.

Key Responsibilities
Product Delivery

  • Own end-to-end delivery across Turium AI products and technology initiatives.
  • Convert product requirements and leadership direction into clearly defined epics, user stories, tasks and milestones.
  • Build and maintain sprint plans, release plans and product delivery roadmaps.
  • Ensure features move efficiently from requirements → development → testing → release.
  • Track dependencies between frontend, backend, mobile, AI and infrastructure teams.
  • Drive releases against ambitious timelines without compromising quality.
  • Identify delivery risks early and establish mitigation plans.
  • Maintain clear visibility of overall product readiness and release status.

Developer Management

  • Manage day-to-day execution across frontend, backend, mobile, AI and infrastructure development teams.
  • Run daily stand-ups and maintain clear ownership of every development activity.
  • Ensure developers understand requirements, acceptance criteria and priorities before development begins.
  • Track individual and team commitments against sprint objectives.
  • Challenge unrealistic estimates and identify delays before they impact releases.
  • Remove blockers quickly by coordinating across technical and business teams.
  • Ensure engineering teams maintain appropriate documentation, testing and code review practices.
  • Work closely with technical leads to balance speed, architecture, scalability and technical debt.
  • Hold developers accountable for agreed timelines, quality and delivery commitments.

Sprint & Agile Management

  • Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives and delivery reviews.
  • Maintain a prioritised and healthy product backlog.
  • Define clear sprint objectives and measurable deliverables.
  • Ensure every task has an owner, deadline and acceptance criteria.
  • Track sprint velocity, completion rates and delivery predictability.
  • Prevent tasks from remaining indefinitely "in progress."
  • Escalate missed commitments and recurring delivery issues quickly.
  • Continuously improve development processes and team productivity.

Quality & Release Management

  • Coordinate development, QA, UAT and production releases.
  • Ensure every major feature has appropriate test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain release checklists and go/no-go criteria.
  • Track bugs based on severity and customer impact.
  • Ensure critical defects are resolved before production release.
  • Coordinate post-release monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Maintain clear release notes and deployment status.
  • Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback and product performance.

Communication & Reporting

Provide leadership with concise daily and weekly updates covering:

  • Completed work
  • Current priorities
  • Upcoming releases
  • Risks and blockers
  • Delayed deliverables
  • Team capacity
  • Decisions required

Maintain a single source of truth for Turium product delivery, ensuring complete visibility around who owns each activity, its current status and when it will be delivered.

Escalate issues early rather than allowing deadlines to slip silently.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in technology project management, product delivery or software engineering delivery.
  • Proven experience managing software developers and engineering teams.
  • Experience delivering modern SaaS, consumer applications or AI-powered products.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, cloud infrastructure and mobile application development.
  • Experience managing Agile/Scrum development teams.
  • Strong experience with Jira, Linear or similar project management platforms.
  • Ability to understand technical discussions without necessarily being a hands-on developer.
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining a productive working environment.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving technology environment with ambitious delivery targets.

Highly Desirable

Experience working with one or more of the following would be highly regarded:

  • AI / LLM-powered products
  • Real-time communication platforms
  • Voice and video applications
  • Consumer or enterprise mobile applications
  • React / Next.js
  • Go
  • Microservices
  • WebRTC
  • Authentication and identity platforms
  • Cloud-native environments
  • High-scale technology platforms

Success in This Role

Within the first few months, we expect the Project Manager to establish:

  • A clear Turium product roadmap and release calendar.
  • Predictable development sprints.
  • Clear ownership across every engineering activity.
  • Strong accountability across developers.
  • Early identification of risks and blockers.
  • Significantly improved delivery visibility.
  • Faster movement from requirement to production.
  • A disciplined release process.
  • Higher developer productivity and delivery predictability.
  • A culture where commitments, timelines and quality matter.

The Person We Want

We are looking for someone who is high-energy, organised, technically strong and obsessed with execution.

You should naturally ask:

What are we shipping?
Who owns it?
When will it be finished?
What is blocking it?
What needs to happen next?

You must be comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership, managing multiple engineering streams simultaneously and taking personal ownership for getting Turium products shipped.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to help build and launch ambitious global AI products rather than simply manage a project plan.
