The Role

We are looking for a skilled culinary professional with a strong sales mindset to join our team as a Product Demonstration Chef. In this role, you will use your culinary background to conduct professional product demonstrations directly for business clients (hotels, restaurants, and catering companies) to drive and close sales. Instead of working in a traditional restaurant kitchen, you will be the culinary face of our brand, using our premium ingredients to solve client problems and secure orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct target-driven product demonstrations for B2B clients to showcase product value and secure orders.
• Act as the technical culinary link between our sales team and executive chefs or purchasing managers.
• Use your knowledge of both hot and cold kitchen operations (40% hot kitchen and 60% cold kitchen) to solve client problems and suggest the right products from our premium catalog.
• Travel daily to client sites across the region to manage accounts and present our food solutions.

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Cooking Skills: Strong professional cooking skills to prepare, taste-test, and present dishes smoothly during live client meetings.
• Kitchen Expertise: Hands-on experience in both hot and cold kitchen applications.
• Mobility: Must hold a valid UAE Driving License (essential for daily client visits).
• Sales Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to confidently deal with B2B buyers.
