The Role

A Product Design Builder combines product design skills, product thinking, and advanced AI development capabilities. The role takes product challenges from understanding business and user needs through defining solutions and building functional product experiences. It combines product strategy, UX research, visual design, AI-assisted development, and rapid prototyping. The person works with clients as an embedded product partner and helps shape AI-powered workflows, tools, and agents.

Responsibilities

• Own the product design process from understanding business challenges and user needs to delivering UX/UI and functional product experiences.
• Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and AI agents to prototype, build, and iterate on product solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, polished, scalable solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and product analytics to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Maintain and evolve design systems.
• Contribute to internal AI tools, agents, and workflows.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of product design experience, preferably with complex B2B SaaS platforms; exceptional UX/UI and visual design and strong product thinking.
• Advanced AI building capabilities and hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to create functional prototypes and digital products, including vibe coding and MCP integrations.
• Experience designing AI-powered products, features, and intelligent workflows, and understanding of modern web application development.
• Strong product thinking, independent problem solving, curiosity, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Portfolio demonstrating product design, UX/UI, AI building capabilities, real products or functional prototypes, and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
