Product Design Engineer (Liquid Cooling system) - HSIO

This position will be focusing on designing Liquid cooling systems for high speed IO application, by driving advanced technology of thermal transition, heat exchange interface. This liquid cooling system will be implement in front IO cage and provide cooling for pluggable optical transceiver.
Role and Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design for liquid cooling system including fitting structural with IO cage, mating and contact interface between transceiver and cold plate, and manifold systems.
• Work with customer and FAE team to get detail application requirements. Customized mechanical structure to fit customer’s application.
• Work with thermal engineer to get optimization of thermal performance of liquid cooling systems.
• Create detail CAD models and production drawings for all of thermal and mechanical components.
• Develop test plan to verify the reliability, robustness, and thermal function for the design.
• Collaborate with manufacturing team to process DFM activities to make sure the design is work for mass production.
• Provide technical guidance and supporting for customer application to ensure our liquid cooling solutions could be work well in customer’s system.
