Product Design Lead - Human-Computer Interaction (HCI),

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leveraging AI tools within the design process.
• Strong expertise with Figma.
• Proven experience designing complex enterprise, B2B, SaaS, internal business applications, or consumer-facing products.
• Strong background in:
  • User Experience Design
  • Interaction Design
  • Visual Design
  • User Research
  • Information Architecture
  • Usability Testing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing recent enterprise-level UX and product design work.
