Product Design Lead

Primetag in the influencer marketing analytics space is hiring a dedicated Product Designer who will be the sole owner of Product Design, setting the bar for UI quality and product impact while collaborating with Product and Engineering.

This individual contributor role offers future mentoring opportunities and a fully remote setup across Europe, with strong emphasis on design systems, data‑driven UX decisions, and a focus on activation and retention.

Own end-to-end product design across core and new initiatives. Set a high bar for UI quality and usability. Evolve and protect our design system for scalable growth. Collaborate with Engineering, designing with real technical constraints and trade-offs in mind. Partner with Product to translate vision and data into strong UX decisions. Design product-led growth flows (activation, adoption, retention). Mentor junior designers as the team grows. Lead by influence: set standards and give strong design critique. Very strong UI skills with emphasis on consistency in data-heavy B2B products. Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams. Advanced Figma skills including Figma Make.
