Product Design Manager

About the Role :

Healthify is looking for an experienced and visionary Design Manager to lead our Product Design function in an AI-first organization. This is a player-coach role where you'll define the design vision, lead and mentor a high-performing team, and leverage AI to accelerate design quality, experimentation, and innovation.

Responsibilities :

AI-First Design :

- Champion an AI-first design culture by integrating AI tools and workflows across research, ideation, prototyping, content generation, and design operations.

- Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve user experiences and simplify complex health journeys.

- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to design intelligent, personalized product experiences.

Team Leadership & Management :

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product designers, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.

- Conduct regular 1 : 1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.

- Optimize resource allocation across initiatives while improving design velocity through AI-enabled workflows.

Design Strategy & Execution :

- Define and execute the design vision for key product areas aligned with business strategy and user outcomes.

- Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery through launch, ensuring user-centered, data-informed, and scalable solutions.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, AI, Data Science, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of Product Design (UX/UI) experience with a strong portfolio.

- Minimum 3 years designing consumer mobile applications (iOS and Android).

- 2+ years leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing design teams.

- Demonstrated experience incorporating AI into design workflows.

Tech Stack :

- Figma, modern AI-powered design, research, and prototyping tools.
