Product Designer

Summary

A hands-on product designer who turns loosely-defined inputs into clean, production-ready UI in Figma for a 0→1 AI voice assistant product. Day to day they work closely with the design lead and cross-functional team, prioritizing fast execution and visual polish over deep UX research ownership.

We're looking for a Product Designer to join a small, fast-moving design team building a 0→1 AI voice assistant product from the ground up. You'll report into our design lead, working closely with them day to day. This is a hands-on execution role: you'll take loosely-defined inputs, figure out what needs to be built, and ship clean, polished UI fast.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing tech products
  • Experience working in a cross-functional product team (agile/scrum-like environment)
  • Strong UI/visual execution: portfolio showing solid craft and composition sense
  • Working knowledge of Figma
  • UX at a working level: understanding of user flows, breakpoints, layout and composition, but the priority is delivery and execution speed over deep UX ownership
  • Logical, structural, analytical thinking: able to take a vague or open-ended task and break it into a sequence of deliverable steps without hand-holding.
  • Good communication: can clearly explain design decisions and ask the right questions
  • Proactive mindset: doesn’t wait for detailed instructions and brings ideas and solutions
  • Nice to have: consumer product experience, animation tools (After Effects, Principle), experience with TV/smart devices.

Responsibilities

  • Take inputs that are often not fully specified and turn them into shippable UI: proactively clarifying scope with engineers/PM
  • Deliver clean, production-ready UI at speed ( this is a 0→1 product, so visual polish and craft matter from the start)
  • Work in Figma as primary tool; build/maintain components in a way that supports parallel workstreams
  • Bring UX thinking to the work (understand user flows, breakpoints, layout/composition logic) but the primary bar is delivery and execution speed, not deep UX research ownership
  • Participate in design discussions with the team and incorporate feedback quickly, minimizing feedback loops
  • Gradually take on more complex problems and ownership as you grow within the team

What we offer

  • The team has built award-winning AI products for tech corporations: devices, voice assistants, products that are actually in the world
  • Cutting-edge tech stack: Speech Technologies, NLP, Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models), voice-first agentic architecture with privacy-first and on-premises deployment
  • High engineering bar and real ownership: the team cares about what actually works in production, not what looks good in a demo, and you'll see the impact of your work directly
  • Fast career progression: a senior-heavy team and a high volume of real problems means you grow faster than you would anywhere else
  • Startup pace with enterprise stability: real clients, real revenue, no bureaucracy
  • Fully remote across Europe
  • 21 vacation days + public holidays + 5 sick days
  • Private English lessons via Preply
  • Company-paid subscriptions to top AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and others)
