Product Designer
Summary
Part-time, long-term design role at an AI-powered B2B SaaS company building tools that help frontline professionals simplify complex workflows. The designer owns features end to end in Figma — from wireframes and prototypes to production-ready UI — maintains the design system, and collaborates closely with PMs and engineers.
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join a growing AI-powered B2B SaaS product on a part-time basis for long-term collaboration.
The product helps frontline professionals work more efficiently by using AI to simplify complex workflows, reduce administrative work, structure information and support day-to-day decision-making.
We’re looking for someone who can combine strong UX thinking with high-quality UI execution and take ownership of design tasks from initial problem to production-ready solution.
Responsibilities:
Design intuitive user flows and interfaces for a complex web platform
Improve existing product experiences based on user feedback and business needs
Design new features from early concepts and wireframes through to production-ready UI
Turn complex AI-powered workflows into simple and understandable experiences
Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma
Develop and maintain reusable components and the product design system
Work closely with engineers during implementation and review the final result
Help establish consistent UX patterns as the product continues to grow
Ensure accessibility and usability across the product
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design
Strong portfolio demonstrating real digital products and complex user flows
Strong UX thinking and ability to simplify complex problems
Excellent Figma skills
Experience designing responsive web applications / SaaS products
Experience working with design systems and component libraries
Ability to work independently and take ownership of design problems
Attention to detail and strong visual design skills
Comfortable collaborating directly with product managers and engineers
Good spoken and written English

This is a part-time, long-term position, not a one-off freelance project.
We’re looking for someone who wants to develop a deep understanding of the product, build context over time and become a reliable design partner for the team.
You’ll have significant ownership over the product experience and the opportunity to influence both how the product looks and how it works.
