Product Designer

Responsibilities
- Design communication product experiences, including interaction flows, user journeys, and detailed interface behaviors;
- Translate product requirements and business goals into intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms;
- Work closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Research, and other designers to define and deliver product solutions;
- Contribute to both UX thinking and UI execution, depending on team needs;
- Optimize end-to-end user journeys and improve usability through iteration, feedback, and data-informed design decisions;
- Help define patterns, components, and best practices for communication-related product experiences;
- Support design consistency across features while balancing speed, quality, and business priorities;
Qualifications
- Strong interaction design skills, with the ability to design clear flows, states, and behaviors for complex product scenarios;
- Solid understanding of user journey design, information architecture, and usability principles;
- Ability to handle both UX strategy and UI execution;
- Experience designing for mobile and/or web products;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative product environment.
