Product Designer

You turn ambitious product and brand ideas into experiences people trust to manage their money and take action. You own the craft end to end: the flows, the screens, and the interaction details that decide whether a moment feels effortless or confusing. Design here is builder-led — you set UI direction, prototype rapidly, refine architecture, and hold a high bar on quality, reaching for modern tools and AI wherever they help you ship intuitive interfaces with clear navigation and polished interactions. You'll partner with your team to define the future of financial products, working from first exploration to high-fidelity execution and even final production. You define what 'good' taste looks like and carry that vision all the way to production.

Responsibilities

• Champion application craft, guiding the structure, behavior, and UX quality of every feature while partnering with engineers
• Maintain a high bar for visual execution within complex application environments
• Own key product surfaces end-to-end, from concept through production
• Use layout, interaction, and motion to make complex fintech concepts feel simple, intuitive, and visually compelling across mobile and web platforms
• Utilize modern development workflows and tooling as a starting point
• Draft intent, explore implementations, scaffold components, and refactor with a focus on speed and technical excellence
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, human-centered interfaces
• Ensure every screen and interaction is clear, accessible, and optimized for an effortless workflow and operational efficiency

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating high visual and interaction craft specifically in live products or complex, interactive applications
• Proven experience taking projects from initial concept to live, high-performing application flows
• Excellent visual taste and strong attention to typography, composition, hierarchy, interaction details, and polished execution
• Expertise in a broad range of contemporary design and prototyping tools
• A clear philosophy on how to accelerate production and delivery without sacrificing craft or quality
• Experience working with design tokens or component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across product surfaces
• Clear communication and comfort pairing with fellow product designers and engineers to solve technical and usability challenges
