You will translate research and data into scalable experiences, collaborate with cross-functional partners, use AI for prototyping, contribute to design standards, and mentor other designers.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end design strategy and execution across the contractors experience
- Partner with product, engineering, research, data, legal, compliance, operations, and support
- Translate research and data insights into scalable experiences
- Champion inclusive design through reviews and design standards
- Use AI to prototype quickly and improve contractor experiences
- Mentor designers and contribute to design community initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Experience delivering impact in complex domains
- Ability to lead product-level design direction
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, research, and data partners
- Portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design
- Accessibility experience
- AI fluency
- Strong communication skills
