Product Designer
Summary
Designs user interfaces and experiences for SaaS and EdTech platforms from scratch using Figma, following Agile and Lean principles while collaborating with clients and teams.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design (on commercial projects such as CRM, EdTech, SaaS);
Strong experience working with Figma;
Understanding of the design process for developing a platform from scratch;
English (B2 and above, with a focus on conversational skills);
Understanding of the Scrum process and Agile approach;
Adherence to Lean design principles, focusing on rapid product delivery and continuous improvement;
Proficiency in maintaining and using Design Libraries/Systems in Figma;
Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment;
Understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in designing AI-powered interfaces;
Understanding of the principles of web development and application development.
Responsibilities:
Conducting the Discovery & Define phase: Understanding the context, preparing relevant clarifying questions, identifying Pain Points and Problem Statements, and working with the scope and User Stories; Ability to develop User Personas and Customer Journey Maps (CJM);
Working on the Ideate & Design/Prototype phase: Developing Brainstorming sessions, Moodboards, User Flows/Flowcharts, Wireframes, Sitemaps, Prototypes, Usability Testing, UI Design, and Responsive Design;
Manage individual workstreams to meet deadlines and ensure quality;
Maintain and expand a Design Library/Design System in Figma with precision;
Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project clarity;
Continuously iterating and improving designs based on user feedback and data.
