You design intuitive digital experiences for wealth management products by contributing to user journeys, interaction models, visual solutions, prototypes, and specifications. You apply research and usability principles, collaborate with product and engineering partners, use design systems, iterate on feedback, and apply accessibility and inclusive design practices.
Responsibilities
- Design user journeys, interaction models, and visual solutions
- Apply customer insights, research, usability principles, and design best practices
- Identify opportunities to simplify interactions and improve usability
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams
- Apply established design-system components and patterns
- Deliver design artifacts throughout the product lifecycle
- Participate in workshops, design jams, and working sessions
- Create visuals, prototypes, and specifications for engineering partners
- Balance multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Iterate on designs using testing, team feedback, and product performance
- Apply accessibility and inclusive design principles
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience designing responsive web or native mobile applications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work
- Post-secondary education in interaction design, UX design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Experience working with design systems
- Ability to communicate ideas using sketches, flows, and prototypes
- Understanding of human-centered design, design thinking, usability principles, research, and testing methods
- Working knowledge of front-end development fundamentals, HTML, CSS, and responsive design
