Product Designer

Summary

Designs and ships B2B SaaS features for an AI-first edtech authoring tool, owning discovery through shipping and using AI-assisted coding.

About Easygenerator

We're a fast-growing EdTech scale-up on a mission to revolutionize learning through our award-winning authoring tool. Used by global giants like Kellogg's, T-Mobile, and Siemens, Easygenerator helps organizations simplify knowledge sharing: fast, easy, and impactful.
We're an AI-first company, utilizing cutting-edge tools in both our products and internal workflows. You'll gain hands-on AI experience and develop a future-proof skillset while contributing to a fast-moving, high-impact product.

What You'll Do

  • Own design for your product area end to end: discovery, flows, interface, first-draft copy, and the quality of what actually ships.

  • Work as one third of a trio with your PM and tech lead. You are in the room when scope and sequence get decided, not after.

  • Run your own user interviews and usability tests. You get access to our product analytics and we expect you to use it.

  • Design on top of our design system, and record any deviation you need rather than inventing around it.

  • Ship small UI and copy changes yourself with AI-assisted code, inside written guardrails that say exactly where to stop and involve a developer.

  • Bring work to weekly critique, and propose things nobody asked for.

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5 years designing product, mostly B2B SaaS.

  • At least one complex tool you shipped and lived with: an editor, builder, admin surface or dashboard. Depth matters more here than range.

  • A metric your design moved, and the ability to say where the number came from.

  • You write your own first-draft copy rather than leaving placeholder text.

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools — you've built or prototyped with them, or can show us something you taught yourself fast and recently, not just explored them in a personal context.

  • Full professional English.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on with Claude Code or an equivalent agentic coding tool.

  • A working understanding of LLMs and core AI concepts, and where they break.

  • Background in e-learning or enterprise software.

  • Enough HTML and CSS to read and review generated code.

What's In It for You

  • Real ownership of a product area, with a PM and a tech lead who decide alongside you.

  • Work with industry-leading experts across multidisciplinary design teams.

  • Weekly design critique with people who will push your work.

  • Hands-on AI work in the product and in how we build it.

  • A fast-growing scale-up where your ideas shape the product from day one.

  • Hybrid and flexible, in Dubai.
