Product Designer

About the role

At Experis, we are looking for a Product Designer (M/F/X) to transform complex problems and early-stage ideas into clear and engaging product concepts and user experiences, working alongside Product, Engineering, Research, and other stakeholders from discovery to delivery. Hybrid modality in Alicante, with office presence 2-3 days per week.

What you'll do

• Lead product design and concept development in key product areas.
• Convert user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into solid product concepts and experiences.
• Create and validate flows, prototypes, and interaction concepts.
• Facilitate design discussions and help define product direction.
• Explore practical and meaningful ways to use AI in design and product experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and other stakeholders from discovery to delivery.

What we're looking for

• Between 3 and 5+ years of experience in UX and digital product design, taking ideas from discovery and concept development through to delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, shape, and communicate new product and experience ideas.
• Portfolio with concrete examples of previous work showing your role, process, key decisions, and impact.
• Solid skills in interaction design, prototyping, and product thinking.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Codex, Claude, or similar) for ideation, prototyping, research, or design flows.
• Daily use of AI agents for code (specs, review, tests, and quality gates).
• At least one concrete idea or use case on how AI can add value to the product experience or the design process.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and influence product direction.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and an orientation toward end-to-end responsibility.
• Curiosity about the networking field (wired and wireless protocols) and motivation to apply it to customers' network troubleshooting challenges.
• High B2 / fluent English, oral and written, with the ability to maintain conversations with the team (the interview will be in English).
• Availability to travel and participate in on-call shifts.
