Product Designer
Summary
Designs user experiences and interfaces for a sports-betting platform, prototypes solutions, applies design systems, and embeds accessibility and AI tools.
You explore and shape ideas based on user and business needs, lead small to medium-sized projects, and deliver UX and UI design across product journeys. You prototype and test solutions, apply design systems, improve accessibility, communicate design rationale, collaborate with product and engineering partners, and support peer development.
Responsibilities
- Explore and shape ideas grounded in user and business needs
- Lead small to medium-sized design projects
- Deliver UX and UI design across product journeys
- Prototype and test solutions
- Implement AI in the design lifecycle
- Apply and contribute to the design system
- Identify user pain points and propose solutions
- Embed accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Present design ideas, rationale, and trade-offs
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback
- Facilitate workshops and team discussions
- Translate research into product improvements
- Manage project priorities
- Provide feedback to peers and support junior designers
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Experience contributing to multiple shipped projects
- Skills in visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture
- Understanding of user-centered design methodologies
- Experience using and contributing to design systems
- Knowledge of user research processes and customer behavior
- Ability to communicate design decisions and rationale
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering
