- Set customer learning priorities and synthesize insights
- Perform hands-on design work on priority projects
- Develop designers through coaching and mentorship
- Evolve the design system and platform standards
Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience
- Experience leading design direction across multiple teams or product domains
- Experience designing high-trust or high-stakes experiences
- Experience shaping product strategy at domain or portfolio level
- Hands-on prototyping and shipping experience
- Experience with experience architecture and service models
- Ability to lead through influence
- AI design fluency
