Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand personas, behaviors, and needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Develop pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI designs with strong aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Design and iterate on AI-driven products — including chat interfaces and AI interviewer experiences Iterate based on usability testing, data, and team feedback.
- Join customer calls to gather insights directly from users.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in regular design reviews.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design.
- A clean, well-organized portfolio — applications without one will not be reviewed.
- Obsessed with design and excited to create something great every day.
- Comfortable with data and usability metrics.
- Proficient in Figma; experience with AI-based prototyping tools is a plus.
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions.
- Startup or smaller company background preferred.
- No coding required.
