Product Designer
Summary
Designs web products and decentralized apps for a blockchain platform, leading projects from concept to launch and maintaining design systems.
You design Injective web products and decentralized applications across the full product lifecycle. You lead design projects, shape product strategy, collaborate with engineering and business teams, incorporate user feedback, maintain design systems, and create concepts, wireframes, and prototypes from initial discovery through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects across the product lifecycle and product launches
- Propagate a strong design practice
- Influence product strategy and product execution
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams on design challenges
- Incorporate user feedback into product design strategy and solutions
- Develop and maintain product design systems
- Produce concepts and prototypes
- Apply detailed design or low-fidelity sketches as appropriate
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Excellent Figma skills
- Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience building consumer-facing mobile and web products
- Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
- Experience developing and maintaining design systems
- Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to lead product design discovery
- Experience managing the end-to-end design process
- Information design experience
- UX design heuristics
- Graphic design
- Portfolio demonstrating design work
- North, South America, or Europe time zone availability
- Previous crypto experience is preferred
- Previous exchange experience is preferred
