Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to join an international digital transformation programme focused on creating intuitive digital experiences for the healthcare industry. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and fellow Designers to deliver user-centered solutions that drive business value while improving the experience of healthcare professionals using modern digital platforms.

You'll become part of a collaborative product team, contributing to every stage of the design process—from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery—while working within an established enterprise Design System.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform user needs and business objectives into intuitive digital experiences.

• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma.

• Work within an existing Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

• Support user research activities, analyze qualitative and quantitative insights, and translate findings into design improvements.

• Participate in design workshops, discovery sessions, and collaborative planning activities.

• Work closely with developers throughout the Agile delivery process to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.

• Refine design artifacts during sprint cycles and contribute to continuous product improvements.

• Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain a high standard of design quality.

• Help map user journeys and service interactions to improve end-to-end customer experiences.

Requirements

• Experience designing digital products within Agile product teams.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.

• Experience working with established Design Systems and reusable component libraries.

• Understanding of UX research methods and the ability to incorporate user insights into design decisions.

• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces.

• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design decisions.

• Understanding of business goals and the ability to balance user needs with commercial objectives.

• Experience supporting developers during implementation to ensure design quality and consistency.

• Familiarity with service design concepts, customer journey mapping, and end-to-end user experience design.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing digital products for healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.

• Previous experience contributing to user research and usability testing.

• Familiarity with enterprise-scale product development environments.

• Experience facilitating workshops or collaborative design sessions.
