You lead product design across the Loopscale app, guiding the full design lifecycle from user experience flows and wireframes through polished high-fidelity mockups. You build and maintain a scalable design system, iterate on prototypes using feedback, support occasional brand and marketing design work, and simplify complex financial products into approachable user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design across the app
- Own the full design lifecycle from user experience flows and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups
- Expand and maintain a scalable design system
- Iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using internal and user feedback
- Support brand and marketing design work
- Simplify complex financial products into clear user experiences
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating attention to detail and shipped user-focused product designs
- 2–5 years of experience in product design or adjacent roles
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong product thinking and user experience instincts
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight, requirements, or data
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Understanding of or desire to understand DeFi and financial markets
- Experience designing fintech, crypto, or DeFi interfaces
- Familiarity with Solana DeFi protocols, mechanics, and user flows
