Product Designer in Innsbruck, Austria owning end-to-end UX for the company's B2B SaaS products: leading user research and usability testing, then turning findings into journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity Figma designs, while maintaining the design system alongside PMs, engineers and QA in Agile teams.
As a Product Designer you own the end-to-end user experience across our products by translating customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive, effective, and visually engaging solutions.
- Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA throughout discovery and delivery
- Define and maintain shared design system and UX standards
- Review and validate solutions with customers and stakeholders
- Use product analytics, customer feedback, and research to evaluate shipped experiences and identify improvements
- Contribute to product discovery, solution ideation, and roadmap planning
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products and complex workflows
- Strong UI design skills and proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Solid experience with UX research, interaction design, and information architecture
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile product teams
- A minimum gross salary of 38.000 EUR per year (overpayment possible)
