Product Designer
We
are looking for a Mid or Senior Product Designer to join an established design
team within a global fintech environment delivering enterprise-grade digital
products across multiple regions. The team operates within a Digital unit
responsible for several high-visibility platforms, including international
payment solutions, merchant portals, onboarding platforms, Android-based
payment terminal applications, and developer-facing API platforms. The ambition
is to deliver user experiences that compete with leading fintech products in
terms of usability, visual quality, and overall design maturity.
Responsibilities

- Design final UI views and assets for web and mobile applications
- Create interaction design concepts including wireframes and
interactive prototypes
- Lead and support user research and usability testing activities
- Translate research insights into scalable and user-centric design
solutions
- Ensure usability, clarity, and visual consistency across platforms
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business
stakeholders
- Contribute to and extend the existing design system
- Monitor UX and UI
trends and apply relevant best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience for Mid level or 4 years for Senior level in
Product Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both UI and UX design capability
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing
- High proficiency in Figma
- Experience working with and expanding design systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English
- Availability to work fully onsite in Warsaw
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in fintech,
payments, or regulated industries
