Product Designer

You will take ownership of design execution within project teams, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences and business value. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on project design work.

Who You Are

• You are a proactive designer ready to take the next step in your career.
• 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to execute high quality design solutions.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Experience in running or supporting client workshops and discovery sessions.
• Ability to understand business objectives and align UX efforts with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level) comfortable participating in meetings and workshops conducted in English.
• Proactive mindset you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, solve problems, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Curiosity about AI in design, you already use AI tools in your process and can explain where they help and where they don't.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• User research methodologies: Experience in conducting user testing and gathering insights.
• Analytics & Testing tools: Knowledge of HotJar & Maze for user behavior analytics and testing.
• Business & Sales collaboration: Experience working with sales and business teams to advocate for UX and help win projects.
• IoT experience: Experience designing for IoT products, interfaces for connected devices, dashboards for sensor or telemetry data, or apps that control physical hardware.
