Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to own the user experience and interface design of our AI agent platform. You will translate complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive, and scalable enterprise experiences, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business and product requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Own the complete design process from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design.
• Design intuitive dashboards, workflows, interaction models, and enterprise product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver user-centric AI experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and reusable patterns.
• Iterate designs using user feedback, product data, and evolving business requirements.
• Design experiences for complex AI/LLM-powered workflows and enterprise applications.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in product design / UX design / UI design.
• Experience designing enterprise platforms, SaaS products, or complex B2B applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Strong expertise in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience building scalable and reusable design systems.
• Strong systems-thinking approach to product and interaction design.
• Ability to work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong interest in AI, LLMs, generative AI, and AI-driven interfaces.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong product thinking with excellent UX/UI execution.
• Comfortable simplifying complex technical concepts into intuitive experiences.
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup.
• Data- and user-driven approach to design decisions.
• Passion for exploring how AI can change product experiences.

Good to Have:

• Experience designing AI/LLM-powered products.
• Experience with conversational UI, chatbots, or voice interfaces.
