Product Designer
Summary
Design modern, simple financial tools for businesses by shaping end-to-end crypto-based workflows, flows, and UI across web and mobile.
Lisk is building a new kind of financial platform for businesses - one that brings the best of crypto infrastructure into an experience that feels modern, simple, and built for how teams actually operate. We're replacing fragmented corporate financial tooling with a single workspace across web and mobile.
We're looking for a Product Designer to own the design of meaningful parts of the Lisk product end-to-end - from research and problem framing through flows, high-fidelity UI, launch, and iteration. You'll work across our core surfaces and partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ship.
This isn't a role where you inherit a mature design system and polish screens. We're early-stage, which means a lot of customer research still to do - you'll spend real time with users, validate patterns in the open, and turn those learnings into design direction. You'll define foundational UX patterns from first principles, design around a stack with deep third-party integrations, and make calls that shape how businesses move money globally.

- Own design areas end-to-end: discovery, problem framing, flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, launch, and iteration
- Build and maintain the design system - components, patterns, and guidelines that scale across web and mobile
- Design complex financial workflows end-to-end, including the states and edge cases most teams skip
- Make tight scope and tradeoff calls in close partnership with product and engineering
- Design within the capability boundaries of our integration partners, and push back where the experience demands it
- Run customer research end-to-end - interviews, usability testing, prototype testing - and turn what you learn into design direction
- Define what good looks like for the areas you own and hold the bar on craft
- Contribute to product strategy and help shape what gets built next
- 5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on complex, multi-surface products (web + mobile)
- Proven fintech experience - you've shipped financial products at depth
- Experience with crypto or onchain products
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end work on complex products, not just finished visuals (required with application)
- Experience building or significantly contributing to a design system
- Comfort with technically deep product surfaces and heavy third-party integration work
- Strong systems thinking - you design in patterns, states, and components, not just happy paths
- Sharp judgment on scope, sequencing, and what's actually worth building
- Excellent written communication for a remote, async-first team
- Fluency in Figma
- Ability to work within European timezone and working hours
- Motion design, animation, or illustration - craft that goes beyond static UI
- Experience designing data-heavy interfaces like dashboards, tables, and charts
- Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools - you enjoy turning an idea into something people can click through
- Flexible work schedule so you can balance life and work on your terms
- 25 vacation days per year
- Annual team retreats in amazing locations - not corporate offsites, but trips you'll actually look forward to
