Responsibilities
- Translate complex financial concepts and user needs into intuitive product experiences
- Design end-to-end flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile
- Contribute to product strategy with Product and Engineering
- Build and evolve the design system, documentation, and tooling
- Partner with Engineering through implementation to ensure quality and accuracy
- Define design success metrics and measure the impact of your work
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience designing web or mobile products
- Experience shipping fintech, trading, investing, or banking products is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated UI and interaction design craft with end-to-end systems and polish
- Ability to simplify dense, regulated, high-stakes financial information
- Ability to design scalable, cohesive experiences across a product ecosystem and design system
- Ability to collaborate and influence decisions across Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
- Ability to communicate design thinking clearly in a remote, low-oversight environment
- Product thinking and end-to-end ownership from discovery through shipping
