We’re on the lookout for a Product Designer who’s passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and turning ideas into elegant, functional designs.

Requirements:
3+ years of commercial experience
Proficiency in modern AI tools in the context of building live demo prototypes/products with Claude Code, Cursor, etc.
Using AI buddies to make your workflow faster without losing quality
Proficiency in Figma (tokens, components, variables, auto-layout)
Systematic problem-solving skills: analysing issues, breaking them down, and finding practical solutions
Ability to take ownership and drive a project from 0 to 1
Focus on business metrics and their impact on design decisions
Experience with UX research and behaviour analysis tools (Hotjar, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.)
Strong team player with a proactive approach
Upper-intermediate English level
Responsibilities:
UX/UI design for web and mobile applications (iOS, Android), ensuring seamless user experiences
User journey optimisation to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall user satisfaction
Working with design systems: maintaining, evolving, and implementing scalable and consistent UI components
Utilising ready-made design frameworks (Shadcn, Radix, MUI, etc.) to enhance design efficiency and consistency
Creating high-quality visual designs that align with the brand identity and improve usability
Types of conducting UX research (the scale of which depends on the kind of project), such as testing prototypes if needed for the client
Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with product managers, developers, and analysts to build an effective, user-friendly product
