Product Designer

Summary

Designs user interfaces and dashboards for regulated products like fintech and healthcare, maintaining a design system and collaborating with engineers and PMs.

We're looking for a Middle Product Designer to join our team and help shape user experiences across complex, regulated product areas. In this role, you’ll shape exceptional user experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure design is central to our product development while helping build out and maintain our shared design system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design process from research through delivery — wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups — for features in complex, regulated domains (e.g., pricing, chargebacks, Medicaid-like workflows)

  • Develop and maintain components within our existing design system, following established patterns to keep things consistent and scalable across products

  • Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on interaction design and clear dashboards and data visualizations that surface the KPIs most relevant to a given user role (where applicable)

  • Align design decisions with product goals and user needs, and be ready to explain your reasoning to stakeholders and engineers

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders; participate actively in design workshops and collaborative problem-solving

  • Bring AI tools into your daily design workflow to work faster and explore ideas more effectively

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of product design experience with a portfolio showing visual design, interaction design, and product thinking, ideally in complex or regulated subject matter

  • Strong knowledge of web guidelines, responsive design, and accessibility

  • Analytical mindset — comfortable digging into dense, regulated content and simplifying it for end users; visual polish is a plus but not the primary bar

  • Experience in high-complexity domains — fintech, healthtech, legaltech, or similar

  • Comfortable working within an existing design system: building new components and thinking in scalable, reusable patterns

  • Experience participating in design workshops and collaborative problem-solving;

  • Comfortable presenting design decisions with reasoning, including pushing back on stakeholders or engineers when needed, English at C1 level or higher

  • Experience with usability testing and conducting user interviews;

  • Proficiency in Figma

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about innovation and learning;

  • Genuinely AI-forward — AI is part of your everyday workflow, not just occasional use of tools like Claude or ChatGPT

  • Data visualization / dashboard design experience is a plus

  • We offer:

  • We offer you attractive professional and educational opportunities, interesting technical projects, chances to engage with the latest technologies, and fun colleagues who make every online and offline event a treat;
