The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own end-to-end product design for new software offerings, taking ideas from early concept sketches through to shipped features. Work in person alongside engineers, product managers, domain specialists and company leadership in short design cycles, shaping how people and automated systems collaborate.
What you'll do
- Lead product design for new product areas, from first sketch to polished, shipped feature.
- Design interaction patterns that let users and automated agents share work, hand off tasks and build trust in real time.
- Build reusable interface components and apply a systems-minded approach as the product line expands.
- Collaborate closely with the lead designer, product managers, engineers and founders in fast iteration loops.
- Prototype with AI tools or code to test ideas quickly.
- Use the product for real domain tasks to understand users deeply, then turn those insights into product decisions.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- A track record designing sophisticated business-facing software products.
- Has taken at least one enterprise product from zero to launch with full design ownership.
- Regular, hands-on use of AI-assisted tools in your own daily workflow, including for rapid prototyping.
- Time spent at a high-growth startup.
- A first-principles mindset, comfortable rethinking solutions from scratch.
- Ability to articulate how your design decisions affected the user experience.
- Mid-level or senior experience, roughly 3 to 10 years; junior candidates with exceptional portfolios may be considered.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
- Currently employed or making a voluntary career move.

- A strong eye for clean interfaces, sound UX fundamentals and good product judgment.
