Product Designer
- Utilize user-centered design principles and tools to create engaging and intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and align designs with business goals
- Solve complex design challenges through wireframing, high-fidelity user interfaces, and functional prototypes
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across the product portfolio
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
- Thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- 2+ years of experience designing user interfaces for SaaS companies
- Expert proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- UX research experience
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
- Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong accountability and attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
