Product Designer
- This is an internal position to work on Strider's team.
- Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to high-fidelity execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives and user needs
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Establish and maintain a design system to ensure a cohesive and scalable user experience across product experiences
- Work closely with engineers to ensure technical viability and efficient results
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Solid ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive and elegant solutions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive cohesive team efforts
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including complex workflows
- Expertise in Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, collaboration, and hand-off
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Previous experience designing products for hiring platforms, recruiting tools, or AI-powered features
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g. React.js, Tailwind, HTML, CSS)
