Product Designer

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience creating designs that are both functional and visually appealing.
• Strong product thinking and prior experience working in a product-based organization.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
• Ability to ask the right questions, understand user data, and consider the needs of different user segments.
• Experience working with design systems, including dark and light themes.
• Ability to integrate AI into design processes and product thinking.
• Multidisciplinary thinking, including motion design and interactive experiences using tools such as Jitter, Rive, and Lottie.
• Bonus: Experience designing gamification and personalization flows.
