Summary
An on-site Senior Product Designer role in Manchester owning the design of a key product area: leading research, wireframing, prototyping and UI delivery in Figma, running usability testing, and mentoring other designers within an agile cross-functional team.
Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer
- Excellent UI and visual design skills
- Strong experience with Figma
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Good understanding of accessibility and WCAG
- Experience working in an agile, cross-functional team
- Comfortable using data and customer insight to make design decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring other designers
- A good understanding of how digital products are built
- An interest in AI and emerging technology
- Lead the design process from research and ideas through to final delivery
- Create wireframes, prototypes and UI designs using Figma
- Carry out user research and usability testing
- Use customer feedback and data to improve products
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Help shape product roadmaps and new features
- Make sure designs are accessible and easy to use
- Contribute to and improve our design system
- Support and mentor other designers
