Product Designer
Summary
Product Designer collaborating cross-functionally to design user experiences, create wireframes/prototypes/mockups in Figma, and apply data-driven research to inform design decisions.
Key Responsibilities
● Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and other designers in a cross-functional team
● Design innovative user experiences that align with user needs, product requirements and business goals
● Create core design deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, mockups) using standard tools like Figma
● Employ a data-driven approach to inform design decisions, leveraging industry best practices, existing user data and various research methodologies to gain deep customer insights
● Maintain clear documentation for handoffs and presentations
● Incorporate stakeholder and team feedback into design iterations
● Contribute to the Design System and implement components consistently in projects
● Present designs clearly to teams and stakeholders
● Analyse user data and assist in basic research studies
● Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
● Participate in cross-functional workshops and support team members in meetings
Requirement
- experience in product design
● Proven track record of leveraging both quantitative data and qualitative insights to deliver innovative design solutions
● Able to clearly demonstrate end-to-end design process, from initial user problems and hypotheses to testing, data analysis, and polished UI execution
● Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools like Figma
● Strong willingness to learn and grow continuously in both design craft and professional experience
Good to have
● Experience working with AI tools (e.g. Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM etc.) in design workflows
● Experience with A/B testing and usability research
