  • Contribute to design tokens and UI standards.

Complex Data Visualization:

  • Design dashboards and visualizations for high-volume data flows, cost and usage analytics, and pipeline performance monitoring.
  • Choose appropriate visualization patterns (tables, charts, flows, graphs).
  • Balance density of information with usability and clarity.

User Research and Usability:

  • Conduct user interviews with security engineers, data platform teams, and DevOps users.
  • Translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.
  • Run usability testing and iterate rapidly.

Product Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with product managers to translate PRDs into UX flows and wireframes, and influence product decisions through design thinking.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on feasibility and implementation trade-offs.
  • Contribute to roadmap discussions with a user-first perspective.

Interaction Design and UX Excellence:

  • Design micro-interactions and feedback systems.
  • Ensure smooth navigation across complex workflows.
  • Optimize for efficiency, speed, and clarity in enterprise use cases.

Documentation and Design Communication:

  • Produce clear design specs, user flows, and interaction documentation.
  • Maintain design artifacts in tools like Figma.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to engineering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise SaaS products, complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and expertise in design tools such as Figma.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
  • Experience working closely with frontend engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for: Data platforms, SIEM or observability tools, or developer products, security, or infrastructure products.
  • Experience with design systems at scale.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, HTML/CSS) and UI mockups like Figma.
  • Experience designing dashboards and analytics-heavy products.
  • Startup experience in fast-paced environments.
