Product Designer - UI / UX

Responsibilities:

• Own product design from concept through launch.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and customers.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Design AI-powered experiences across web and mobile products.
• Simplify complex healthcare workflows into intuitive user journeys.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate design and prototyping workflows.

Within your first few months, you'll:

• Ship meaningful product improvements used by real customers.
• Improve key user journeys and onboarding experiences.
• Design new AI-powered workflows and experiences.
• Help establish scalable design standards across products.
• Influence product direction through user insights and design thinking.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking.
• Excellent Figma skills.
• Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals.
• High attention to detail and visual design quality.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience designing SaaS, consumer, or AI products.
• Startup experience.
• Experience with design systems.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies.
• Experience using AI tools in your workflow.
• Motion design or prototyping experience.
