About the Role
As a Product Designer at Securiti, you will be part of a proficient and motivated team of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers. In this role, you'll identify and assess user needs and opportunities, develop concepts, structure interactions, and design user interfaces and other touchpoints. You will take complete ownership of ideas and ensure their maturation from concept to execution by collaborating across the design team and cross-functional partners. You'll have the opportunity to grow your skills through mentorship from senior design team members.
What You’ll Do
- Work as part of a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to build large, complex digital products
- Understand customer and business problems through research and data
- Collaborate with product owners to develop and implement product strategy in a user-centric, data-driven manner
- Own design problems end-to-end, from initial concept through execution and beyond
- Adhere to the Securiti Design System Standard and collaborate with the team to help mature the Global Design Language across the Securiti Suite of Products
- Find simple, elegant solutions to complex user pain points, constantly improving how things work
- Balance business requirements, technical limitations, time constraints, and user needs to deliver thoughtful solutions
- Build alignment and articulate vision through strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Become a key thought partner and advocate for design excellence across product, engineering, and operations
- Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to champion design innovation
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in User Experience, Interaction, and Interface design
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma
- Hands-on experience with Design Systems, Figma components, AutoLayout, and variants
- Experience designing data visualizations
- Strong conceptual thinking—mindful and open to feedback, with the ability to incorporate input from others to improve product quality and drive alignment
- Ability to multitask across projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage competing responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail with superior communication and organizational skills

- Hands-on experience with AI-driven design and creative tools is a plus
