Job purpose

Develop innovative gift products that align with the brand identity, ensuring creativity, quality, and market relevance across all occasions.

Job responsibilities

• Develop creative gift and product concepts (boxes, bouquets, bundles).
• Research market trends and apply them to new product ideas.
• Design products for different occasions (weddings, birthdays, holidays, etc.).
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure product quality and execution.
• Select materials, packaging, and accessories aligned with brand standards.
• Improve existing products based on customer feedback and sales performance.
• Prepare samples and prototypes for new product launches.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product development, floral design, or gifting industry.
• Strong creative and visual design sense.
• Knowledge of color theory and packaging design.
• Ability to translate ideas into tangible products.
• High attention to detail and strong execution skills.
