Product Development Assistant Manager

5-7 years prior experience in a Product Development within FMCG / Consumer Goods, ideally with experience working within Food products categories

-BSc. in science / food science /food technology or related field master's degree is preferable

-Strong knowledge of New Product Development, Project Management and Third-Party Manufacturers and the stage gate process

-Commercially minded and consumer centric nature with a finger on the pulse of the foods categories and trends both locally and globally.

-Knowledge working with cross-functional teams e.g., Marketing and Supply Chain

-Experience in leading new product ideation based on insights and making recommendations on new products
