Product Development Engineer - NHA Series Support JaP
To execute Product development work packages and Customer sub-projects for Conventional Diesel fuel injection ensure the work packages are completed meeting Time, Quality & cost targets.
Product Engineering :- Execute development projects & series support and ensure engineering quality as per BES_PE standards and release the with necessary verification to ensure customer satisfaction.
Project Management : Organize and Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high quality project delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in meetings with customers for technical alignments
Quality And Risk Management :-Provide technical inputs, participate and contribute to resolving technical issues, ensuring product quality Notify possible Risks, Provide Information & Data on Development metrics report areas for improvement
Knowledge Management:- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to Project management, sustainable product/system development and engineering
Innovation Management :- Participate in Product innovation and continuous Process improvement, Implement innovative/creative concepts in development projects as Invention reports
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical related field)
- 1-4 years experience in Product Development, Design, Product Functional Analysis & Investigation
- Exposure to Project management work packages
- Good Knowledge in Product development process, Engineering Drawings, Design Standards and BES process
- Knowledge on standards/norms, Geometrical Dimension & Tolerating, Design, material, reliability
- Knowledge of IC engines and connected systems, Manufacturing, quality and procurement process of auto components
- Good knowledge of measurement systems, testing and calibration equipment, and measurement procedure
- Knowledge on Data analytics and Machine learning concepts
- Ability to think out of the box
- Good communication skills
- Aptitude for in-depth technical tasks
- Good analytical reasoning ability
