Product Development Manager (AI & Digital Transformation)
Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI and digital solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into clear product or system specifications.
Work closely with management, users, and external vendors on new technology initiatives.
Utilize AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to support product development and process automation.
Prepare basic documentation, workflows, and user requirements.
Lead and coordinate digital transformation and automation projects.
Research and recommend new AI technologies to enhance business efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related disciplines.
5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
Experience in banking, financial services or fintech industry.
Strong interest in AI, digital products, and business process improvement.
Ability to translate business ideas into practical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in English and Chinese.
