Product Development Manager (FMCG, One North)

An establishedconsumer goods company is seeking a Brand Manager to drive innovation,portfolio growth, and brand development across regional markets.

Contract: 9 Months
Location: One North

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end innovation and new product development projects from concept to market launch.
• Develop brand strategies, portfolio priorities, and go-to-market plans to accelerate growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Manage business cases, launch plans, project timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support brand communications, campaign development, and market execution.
• Track performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Innovation, or Category Management.
• Proven track record in new product development and project leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commercial mindset with knowledge of forecasting, business cases, and P&L management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• FMCG, beauty, personal care, or consumer goods experience preferred.
