Product Development Solutions Engineer

Your role
Your day-to-day
- Support users and analyze incidents, requests, and business questions related to CAD and PLM solutions.
- Coordinate solutions with external partners and follow up actions through to completion.
- Investigate recurring issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement improvements.
- Create knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and training materials for end users and key users.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and change programs within the engineering ecosystem.
- Contribute to the improvement of support processes, service quality, and engineering applications.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A structured way of working with attention to documentation and knowledge sharing.
- A proactive mindset and a strong drive for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
- Initial experience in IT, engineering, product development, or technical support.
- Experience with CAD, PLM, ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile environments.
