Product Director: AI-Driven FinCrime Ops Platform

Wise is seeking a Product Director to own and evolve the internal Risk, Compliance, and Financial Operations platform. You’ll lead a 30-person squad across three teams, shaping data collection, case handling, and AI-driven automation to scale our customer base while controlling headcount growth.

You’ll partner with data science to deploy automated decisioning and generative AI, drive cross-functional alignment, and set a two-year platform vision.
