Product Director: AI-Driven Risk & Compliance Platform

Wise is seeking a Product Director to own and evolve the internal platform that powers Risk, Compliance, and Financial Operations. You will lead the Mitigation Platform Squad, a 30-person, cross-functional team, moving our operations from manual review engines to AI-augmented, predictive workflows.

You will design the 360 Customer Data Engine, intelligent case handling, and the AI foundation to scale the customer base without proportional headcount, guiding global product, compliance, and
