Product Director, Compliance (Transaction Monitoring & Case Management)

You will develop compliance strategies, frameworks, and a product roadmap for on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes. You will research users and competitors, define product requirements and user stories, partner with engineering and design, and monitor performance metrics to improve secure, intuitive transaction journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and frameworks.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, compliance requirements, and risks.
  • Collaborate with product development, legal, operations, and quality assurance teams.
  • Monitor compliance metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver compliance products and features.
  • Support global product launches and product adoption.
  • Drive strategic alignment across teams.
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap for on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes.
  • Research competitors and users and analyze feedback and data.
  • Define product requirements and user stories.
  • Advocate for intuitive and secure deposit and withdrawal experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze on-chain transaction performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Understanding of crypto-industry risks and compliance.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Logical reasoning and critical thinking.
  • Technical product, system, and implementation knowledge.
  • Experience defining, tracking, and acting on impact metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
