Product Director of Compliance
You will lead the product roadmap for on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes. You will research users and competitors, define product requirements and user stories, and work with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, secure experiences. You will monitor transaction performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve on-chain transactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product roadmap for on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes
- Identify innovation and differentiation opportunities in on-chain transaction processes
- Conduct competitor and user research and analyze feedback and data
- Define product requirements and user stories with engineering and design teams
- Advocate for intuitive and secure deposit and withdrawal experiences
- Monitor and analyze on-chain transaction performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working at well-known internet or cryptocurrency companies
- Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and on-chain transactions
- Knowledge of user experience principles and best practices
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, decentralized finance, and emerging blockchain technologies
- English proficiency
- Mandarin proficiency
